We use this data on the one hand to handle our contractual service and on the other hand to inform our clients about new offers. We likewise use the data to further improve our offering. Website: Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device. The temporary storage of the data by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's device. Cookies: When our website is accessed, our system automatically collects technical information from the accessing device. The information collected includes the browser type and version used, the operating system, the internet provider and the IP address of the user, the date and time of access, websites from which the user's system reaches our website, and websites accessed from the user's system via our website. We use cookies to make using the website and other applications easier and to obtain indications for improving the information and services accessible via the website. This evaluation is carried out anonymously, i.e. without reference to personal data. Google Analytics: Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". The information generated by cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide further services associated with website use and internet use. Google may also pass this information on to third parties where appropriate. You may be able to prevent the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software; in this case you may not be able to use all functions of the website to their full extent. Further information about Google and data protection is available at: www.google.com/privacy.html. We also use a Google Analytics function based on Google Display Advertising. Visitors can disable the Google Analytics functions for display advertising and the display network ads via the following link: www.google.com/settings/u/0/ads. In a similar way, alongside Google Analytics we use further services for website analysis that use trackers and cookies (so-called third-party cookies). For information on data processing by these services, we refer to the privacy statements of the respective services, such as Facebook Pixel or Bing Ads. You can prevent the creation of cookies by such third-party providers via your browser settings. Social media: Our websites use social plugins (the "plugins") from social networks (e.g. facebook.com and youtube.com). The plugins can be identified by their logo or the respective social network. The plugins allow you to bookmark these pages and to share the bookmarks with other users of social networks. When you visit a page with plugins on our website, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the social network. The embedded plugins provide the social network with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our websites. If you are logged in to the social network, your visit can be assigned to your social network account. If you interact with plugins, for example by clicking a Facebook "Like" button or entering a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to the social network and stored there. Even if you are not logged in to the social network, there is a possibility that the plugin transmits your IP address to the social network. We have no influence over the data collected by the plugins. Information about the purpose and scope of data processing by the social networks, your related rights and the settings to protect your data can be found in the privacy policies on the websites of the social networks. Further information on plugins and the privacy policies of the providers is available in the privacy statements of the respective social networks (e.g. Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram etc.).
